Gateway specific fields

When interacting with the Merchant Warrior gateway, you can mark a transaction as recurring by including the recurring_flag gateway specific field as shown below. This field is optional and will not be set by default.

You may also include these optional soft descriptor fields:

  • descriptor_name (alphanumeric 19 characters)
  • descriptor_city (alphanumeric 12 characters)
  • descriptor_state (‘ACT’, 'NSW’, 'NT’, 'QLD’, 'SA’, 'TAS’, 'VIC’, or 'WA’)
  • store_id The value of this field is the merchant store name. Please note that you need to contact MerchantWarrior to have this field enabled before using it.

Gateway specific response fields

After a successful store transaction, Merchant Warrior will return auth_response_code and auth_message. auth_response_code is the issuer response.
