Change to List Endpoints 06/01/2026

What's Changing

As we enhance our data storage engine and streamline reporting we are going to begin enforcing a filter of 180 days for all endpoints involved with listing a transaction on June 1st, 2026. This will lead to a faster API response for these indexing endpoints and ensure data retention consistency across the full suite of indexing endpoints.

Individual transaction records will continue to be available via the Show transaction API call as they are today and transaction reports in app.spreedly.com will be unaffected.

The full list of endpoints impacted are:

List Transactions for Payment Method

List Transactions

List Gateway Transactions

What You Need to Do

If you are not using these APIs to retrieve records of transactions that are over 180 days old then there is no action required.

If you are using the API to retrieve records of transactions that are over 180 days old then please review your integration and if you would like to discuss your use case please let us know. Note: You are not losing access to transaction records, they will just be accessible via the Show transaction API call.
