Consolidated Settlement Reporting
Consolidated Settlement Reporting allows merchants to generate standard CSV reports of reconciliation data from their payment service providers (PSPs).
Merchants operating in today's dynamic eCommerce environment face a significant burden in managing payment data due to the use of multiple payment service providers (PSPs) and diverse payment methods. For reconciliation, merchants generally receive and process settlement files from a wide range of PSPs, each delivering data in differing formats and structures, leading to increased manual effort, higher risk of errors, and operational inefficiencies in financial reconciliation. This leads to fragmented data in disparate formats and schedules, creating substantial challenges for finance teams in tracking funds and reconciling transactions, often resorting to time-consuming, error-prone manual processes.
This product is for finance and accounting teams, particularly those using multiple payment gateways/PSPs, large enterprises with high transaction volumes, and businesses with complex financial operations.
Currently, Consolidated Settlement Reporting supports standardizing with the following PSPs:
- D Local
- Mercado Pago
- PayU LATAM
How It Works
Merchants will configure each PSP to push reconciliation files to Spreedly's SFTP. Merchants will then use an API call to request consolidated reports. Spreedly will generate the file containing the requested information and notify the merchant when it is ready to be retrieved from the SFTP location.
