We are officially sunsetting our legacy Custom Analytics solution in June 2026. To ensure a smooth handoff, take time over the next few months to export any historical reports, dashboards, or other data you wish to keep. Our team is available to help you map old workflows and assets to our new tools.
Customers can utilize Spreedly’s transaction data model to build their own dashboards and visualizations. Custom Analytics is powered by Looker (a Business Intelligence and Visualization tool) with Spreedly defining the data model. The data model contains the following views that customers can use to run their own analysis:
- Transactions
- Gateways
- Receivers
- Organizations
- Accounts
- Environments
- Payment Methods
- Sub Merchants
Each of these views contains data fields that can be leveraged to create custom visualizations and charts. Visit the following demo video to learn more about how Looker enables this capability.
