Update to the API version for the PayTrace gateway

Spreedly has updated the PayTrace gateway to PayTrace's V3 API. The integrator_id credential is an optional field when creating a PayTrace gateway. Existing PayTrace gateways continue to work with no action required. For more information, please see the gateway guide.
