Support new gateway version on Vantiv eCommerce (formerly Litle) gateway

Vantiv eCommerce (formerly Litle) gateway upgraded from API 9.14 to 12.49, adding multiple partial captures, Spreedly 3DS Global (SCA), and enhanced eCheck tracking. New gateway tokens default to 12.49; existing accounts remain on 9.14 with no disruption until manually upgraded. 9.14 will be deprecated October 5, 2026. All merchants must migrate to 12.49 before then.
