For Orbital gateway, Spreedly will send the gateway specific field ucaf_collection_indicator to Orbital only when the ECI value is 4, 6 or 7. Spreedly will also stop defaulting the UCAFInd to 4 if if the gateway specific field ucaf_collection_indicator is not passed.
