Update JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication on CyberSource REST gateway

Spreedly now supports JWT + (Message Level Encryption) as an authentication mode for the CyberSource REST gateway, in addition to HTTP Signature. After 30th September 2026, HTTP based authentication may cause failure.
Test on sandbox before updating gateway settings in production, as this change automatically switches the gateway's auth mode.
