Add support for L2 and L3 fields on Checkout.com Gateway

Spreedly now supports the new fields invoice_id, discount_amount, shipping_amount, tax_amount, from_address, tax_number, duty_amount, and line_items for transactions on the Checkout.com gateway . For more information, please see the gateway guide
