Support for store credential for apple pay and google pay on Vantiv eCommerce

Spreedly now extends the stored credentials support for the Vantiv eCommerce (formerly Litle) gateway that enables Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions to utilize network tokens, allowing them to be saved for subsequent off-session use.
