Normalized request fields on gateway transactions

Spreedly now supports normalized request fields (risk_data, order_data, customer_data, and merchant_metadata) on gateway transactions, not only Composer workflows. When the gateway supports these values, Spreedly maps them into the gateway request. For more information, see the normalized fields guide.
