Added support for an EBANX gateway-specific field, use_dashboard_notifications, to control URL hijacking behavior for verify and purchase flows.

By default, Spreedly callback_url and redirect_url continue to be mapped to EBANX notification and redirect fields so Spreedly can receive status notifications and update transaction states correctly. When use_dashboard_notifications is set to true, EBANX hijacked notification_url and redirect_url values are suppressed for enrollment and one-off purchase paths, while passthrough URLs provided directly in options are still sent and NuPay app-to-app back_urls behavior remains unchanged.
